The "Technologies for Custom Display Modules" Technology Conference was held on February 5, 2010, at the Costa Mesa Country Club.

We had 100 attendees and 16 exhibitors.

I want to thank the Committee members who worked so long and hard to make this conference a success.

First is the Program Chairman who single-handedly established the set of fine speakers – Jim Kennedy.

Jason Yang, our Exhibits Chairman, who generated the collection of exhibitors.

Our Publicity Chairman who created the ads to get the word out– Erv Ulbrich.

Our Facilities Chairman – Bob Schmahl who negotiated, designed and contracted the excellent venue;

Our Treasurer – Larry Iboshi, our Registration Chairman, the backbone of the conference, who logged all the registrations with the able assistance of Jenny Bach of the SID National Office.

Steve Somers, Presentation Chairman who collected and edited all the presentations for projection and for printing.

Pete Baron, the Publication Chairman who duplicated the DVD and booklet handouts;

Murray Kesselman, our Email Chairman, who tirelessly sorted though and sent emails to spread the word; last but certainly not least Steve Somers with the aid of his assistant, Steve James of Extron, who has designed and acquisitioned the A/V equipment, loaded the PowerPoint presentations and who will operate the A/V system today. They all deserve your thanks and commendation.

Special thanks directly to Extron for providing the A/V distribution and remote widescreen monitors for this conference.
