The "Technologies for Custom Display Modules" Technology Conference was held on February 5, 2010, at the Costa Mesa Country Club.
We had 100 attendees and 16 exhibitors.
I want to thank the Committee members who worked so long and hard to make this conference a success.

Abstract:
This talk covers the subject of LCD in-cell touch technology, with details of light-sensing ("optical"), voltage-sensing ("switch-sensing" or "resistive"), and charge-sensing ("capacitive-sensing") in-cell touch. How each technology works, who is working on it, advantages, disadvantages, and products in the market or coming to market are all explained.
